The FriendList monitor is the oldest part of LJToys.  It allows you to watch someone's friend list for changes and (if LJToys was following it for someone) see their history of adds & deletes.

...are unsupported.  This is a limitation of LiveJournal - their old-style friendlist interface will only tell us about the friends of individuals, not of groups.
